Terms and conditions

Mortgage Industry Fantasy Premier League 2026/27. Last updated 14 August 2026.

1. Who is running this

The competition is organised and administered by JammJar Ltd, company number 15294462, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us"). Questions go to fpl@jammjar.com.

2. Who can enter

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. Employees and directors of JammJar Ltd may enter and appear on the leaderboard but are not eligible to win a prize. The same exclusion applies to anyone directly involved in administering the competition.

3. How to enter

Make a payment of at least £10 through this page. You may pay more if you wish. On payment you will be redirected to the private Fantasy Premier League league and sent the joining link by email. You must also hold a free account on the official Fantasy Premier League site at fantasy.premierleague.com and build a squad there. We are not affiliated with the Premier League or with Fantasy Premier League, and your use of that site is governed by their own terms.

One entry per person. You must supply the FPL team name and manager name on your FPL account at the point of payment so we can match your payment to your entry. If we cannot match them, you will not appear on the leaderboard and will not be eligible for a prize.

4. Deadline

Paid entry closes at 18:30 on Friday 21 August 2026, the Gameweek 1 deadline. Fantasy Premier League scores classic leagues from the gameweek in which a manager joins, so entries after that point are accepted at your own risk and will be at a scoring disadvantage.

5. Where your money goes

One hundred per cent of every entry payment is collected by JammJar Ltd as agent for the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter, a not-for-profit foundation, and is passed to them in full, less unavoidable card processing fees charged by our payment provider. JammJar Ltd retains none of it and it does not form part of our revenue.

The Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter is not a registered charity, so your payment does not qualify for Gift Aid and is not a charitable donation for tax purposes. Payments are not refundable once made, except where we are required to refund them by law.

6. Prizes

Prizes are funded and provided by JammJar Ltd and its sponsors. They are fixed and are not affected by the number of entrants or the total amount raised. Entry payments are never used to fund prizes.

  1. First place: two tickets to an England men's senior home international fixture at Club Wembley, plus £200. The fixture is subject to availability and will be agreed with the winner. Travel, accommodation and all other expenses are not included.
  2. Second place: £200.
  3. Third place: £100.

Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the end of Gameweek 38. Prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative to the ticket prize. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. How winners are decided

Positions are determined by total Fantasy Premier League points at the end of Gameweek 38 of the 2026/27 season, as published by the official Fantasy Premier League game, filtered to entrants whose payment we have recorded. Our payment records are conclusive on the question of who has paid.

If two or more eligible entrants finish level on total points, the tie is broken in line with the official Fantasy Premier League tie-break rules. If a tie remains, the prize is split equally between the tied entrants.

Winners will be contacted by email within 14 days of the end of the season using the address given at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days, we may award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

8. Playing fairly

Anyone who joins the private league without paying through this page will not appear on our leaderboard and cannot win a prize. We may remove unpaid entries from the league. We may also disqualify any entrant who enters more than once, uses another person's Fantasy Premier League account, or acts abusively towards other entrants or towards us.

9. Your data

We collect your name, email address, firm, Fantasy Premier League team name and manager name in order to run the competition, match payments to entries, publish the leaderboard and contact winners. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen by us. Your team name, manager name and firm will be published on the public leaderboard.

We will only send you marketing about JammJar if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw that at any time. We keep entry records for seven years to meet our accounting obligations. JammJar Ltd is the data controller. Our full privacy notice is at jammjar.com/privacy, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing fpl@jammjar.com.

10. General

This is a competition of skill. We may amend these terms or cancel the competition if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, in which case we will publish the change on this page and, where entries are cancelled before the season starts, arrange for refunds. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
